Adopt-A-Street Trash Pick Up Saturday, February 17

On Saturday, February 17 the Sherwood Forest Neighborhood Association will be picking up trash and cleaning up our neighborhood. Everyone is invited to help. We will meet at 320 Kalmia Drive for coffee and donuts at 9am. At that time we will hand out trash bags and safety vests, and then clean up afterwards. It shouldn't take more than 2-3 hours. Please come help if you can. This event is part of the Adopt-A-Street program of the City of Columbia. More information about the Adopt-A-Street program...

Thanks to all who helped on February 17 with the trash pick-up. We had 27 members of the neighborhood help and we filled up 15 bags which is approximately 225 pounds of trash. The next date for us to do this again is May 5. Notices will be sent prior to the date.
