The forum will be moderated, and audience questions will be solicited. This is a great opportunity to get to know the candidates before the November 5th election. All District 3 residents are invited. Refreshments will be served.

If you have any questions or concerns, or ideas for speakers, please let us know!
Neighborhood Utility Projects
Sherwood Forest neighbors may be affected by several utility projects which are currently underway.
Ongoing sewer improvements in the area have been disrupting traffic. The construction teams have been staging materials on Wilmot Dr.
Vacuum trucks are working in the area to clean out our sewers. This requires excavating in the right-of-way to access the sewer lines.
AT&T is also working in the area to install fiber optic lines to offer ultra-fast internet service. These are the orange smaller diameter lines. This is not currently affecting Sherwood Forest as far as we know.
There have been some reports from neighbors regarding damage to yards and driveways. If you have experienced issues with these projects affecting your property, contact City of Columbia Customer Care
July 4th
The City of Columbia offices will be closed on Thursday, July 4 for Independence Day.
Solid waste services will run on the regular schedule. Garbage on Thursday and yard waste on Friday. Sign up for solid waste alerts at the City of Columbia's Waste Wizard.
Richland County offices will also be closed.

Crier emails
We are making an effort to send out these informational emails around the first of every month to keep neighbors up do date on neighborhood events, and other events and information of interest. It's cheaper and better for the environment not to print and pass out fliers! But we could all probably use the exercise!
If you have information of interest to the neighborhood, please pass it along and we may include it in a future Crier.
Tell your friends and neighbors to subscribe. No membership required, but of course we would like everybody to join! New neighbor? Let us know and we'll send out the welcome wagon.
To subscribe, email membership@sherwoodforestneighbors.org or subscribe online
