Join your neighbors at 6pm to meet and greet! We will be reporting progress on 4-way stop signs, upcoming social events, the USC Belser Arboretum gardens (and a possible Sherwood Forest garden club!), street sign toppers, the neighborhood buying co-op services, and the Interim Measures for Community Character Protection.

We will also be voting on amendments to the bylaws. Amendments are in parentheses:

The Association shall hold elections for officers in the last quarter of (odd numbered) calendar years. Officers shall be elected by a majority vote of the Association members present at a meeting called for the purpose of electing officers, as shall be set forth in the meeting notice.
(9. Generally, the Board may establish and maintain ad hoc committees provided for and such special committees as it deems appropriate from time to time. Ad hoc committees may include non-Directors. The ad hoc committees may include, but not be limited to: safety, beautification, social, membership, communication, legal and nominating. Each committee should have a chair, appointed by the Board.)
